Information you choose to send us
Appointment requests. Our contact form is provided by SimplePractice, the secure, HIPAA-compliant system we use to manage client care. What you enter in the form goes directly to SimplePractice, not to our website, and is protected under our Notice of Privacy Practices and SimplePractice’s own privacy policy. Please don’t include detailed health information in the form. We’ll discuss your needs privately when we contact you.
Phone calls and email. If you call or email us using the links on this site, we use your information only to respond to you and to schedule care.
