Therapy with OHP in Eugene and Springfield
We’re in network with both Trillium Community Health Plan and OHP Open Card.
OHP members in Lane County can see our therapists for individual, family, teen and child therapy, in our Eugene office or by telehealth.
If your OHP was through PacificSource: in February 2026, most Lane County OHP members with PacificSource were moved to Trillium. If your old therapist wasn’t in Trillium’s network, you may be looking for someone new. We take Trillium, and we’re accepting new clients.
To get started, have your OHP member ID handy when you reach out. We’ll confirm your coverage before your first appointment.
Ways to pay for therapy
Private insurance
We’re in network with the plans listed above, so you’ll pay your plan’s in-network share. What that costs depends on your deductible, copay or coinsurance. Before your first session, it helps to ask your insurance company:
- Is outpatient mental health covered, and do I have a deductible?
- What’s my copay or coinsurance for a therapy session?
- Is there a limit on how many sessions are covered each year?
- Is telehealth covered the same way as in-person visits?
Or give us your insurance information when you reach out, and we’ll help you find out.
Self-pay and sliding scale
If you don’t have insurance, or prefer not to use it, you can pay for sessions directly. We also offer a sliding scale for people whose cost would otherwise keep them from getting care. Ask about it when you call. There are no forms to fill out just to ask.
Your right to a Good Faith Estimate
Under federal law, if you don’t have insurance or aren’t using it, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of what your care is expected to cost. Ask us for one before you schedule. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your estimate, you can dispute it. For more information, visit cms.gov/nosurprises.
